04/29/2006 - Wild Night at the Bowl'
Posted by falcon99
PHP-NukeWell it was a wild night for all the divisions running. There was a ton of cautions and one red flag in the Mini's. Those of us that manage to avoid the malee's turned 47.... yep that's right 47 total laps... hmmm thought we were a 20 lapper?? Our night wasn't good as the car's handling went totally away in the heat race as the right front tire was chunking apart. This set us to start 24th?? But starting way back gave us an advantage as we were able miss that bad wrecks. We finished 12th and in 1 piece which made our night ;) We have gained a huge asset on the team, our new crew member Mike Preveti is proving himself to be incredible he is learning things soo fast we might have to call him sponge bob. He is our new "crew chief" at the track. Well that's it for this week, everyone do the Sun dance for this weekend

First 2 races of season have not gone well
Posted by falcon99
PHP-NukeMontana writes "Well, the first 2 races of this season have not gone well. 1st race we ended up having an oil leak problem that ended our day early. 2nd race we ended up blowing the headgasket during practice, but we changed it in time for the race. During the race we ended up getting rear ended when a car didn't slow for an incident that happened infront of us on the backstretch, that sent us spinning into the infield. 2 laps later our right rear tire went down ending our night. Good news is we picked up a new crew member. His name is Greg.
Stay tuned for more news... -Montana"

Budweiser Modified Nationals 150 weekend 04/01-04/02/2006
Posted by falcon99
PHP-NukeCongrats to Dave Sylvia for his opening weekend win! Sylvia lead the last 19 laps of the Mini Stock feature to bring home the checkers!

Montana's day ended early with the black flag for leaking oil out of the valve cover. They had the wrong oil cap for the valve cover. Montana finished 26th
